BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (IT)
We are looking for dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) who has a flair for sales, with an outgoing personality & keen on customer relationships
Understand the company’s business needs and familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company to identify profitable business opportunities.
Identifies and develops new business opportunities
Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones.
Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
Driving sales growth through marketing programs and campaigns.
Leading business development activities through cross-function collaborations.
Lead Generation/constant interaction with the clients/prospecting clients from across various countries
Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
Keep an abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and clients’ needs in order to pursue growth opportunities
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Master’s Degree in Business or related field.
Proven business development, sales or marketing experience for 4+ years.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in managing and growing sales teams
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour
High knowledge of sales strategies, principles and techniques
Great networking skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication
